Delete your data

You can remove Mujeebly’s access to your WhatsApp and ask us to delete your data at any time.

Businesses using Mujeebly

1. Stop WhatsApp access. In the Mujeebly app open Brand settings → WhatsApp → Disconnect. You can also remove Mujeebly in Meta Business Settings → Integrations → Connected apps; we stop using the number as soon as Meta tells us.
2. Delete your account data. Email info@mujeebly.com from your account email with the subject “Delete my data”. We confirm within 3 business days and delete your brands, conversations, contacts, knowledge base files and WhatsApp access tokens within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep (such as invoices).

People who chatted with a business

Mujeebly handles chats on behalf of the business you contacted. Ask that business to delete your conversation; we help it do so. If you can’t reach the business, email info@mujeebly.com with your WhatsApp number and the business name, and we will forward and follow up on your request.

Facebook / Meta login data

When a business connects WhatsApp through Meta, we receive only the WhatsApp Business account and phone number it chose, plus an access token. Disconnecting or emailing us as above removes them.
